These terms describe how Forgetech Systems Limited handles quotations, equipment supply, custom PC work, CCTV installation, networking services, and related support engagements.
Quotations and scope
All quotations are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Scope, pricing, timelines, and equipment availability may change if requirements, site conditions, supplier pricing, or customer instructions change.
Orders and supply
Product supply is subject to stock availability from approved suppliers. Where equivalent items are required due to availability changes, no substitution will be made without customer approval.
Payments
Deposits, staged payments, or full payment may be required depending on the type of work, order size, and procurement needs. Equipment ordered specifically for a customer may require payment before procurement begins.
Installations and access
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the site, power availability where needed, and approval for any installation areas. Delays caused by access restrictions, building issues, or third parties may affect delivery times.
Warranty and support
Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the terms set by the manufacturer or original supplier. Forgetech Systems Limited will provide reasonable support within the agreed service scope but is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, tampering, unstable power, third-party modifications, or unsupported environments.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Forgetech Systems Limited is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, business interruption, data loss, or losses caused by factors outside its reasonable control. Customers should maintain their own backups, physical security controls, and operational safeguards.
